Apple Arbor is a 14 lot subdivision approximately 1 mile inland from the Atlantic Ocean near Bethany Beach, Delaware. The flat topography and shallow water table presented significant challenges in meeting the Delaware Sediment and Stormwater Regulations. The project met compliance with a combination bio-swale and wet extended detention basin without adversely affecting project yield.
