Stoney Ridge Subdivision is a 41 lot residential subdivision approved and constructed under Sussex County's cluster ordinance. During feasibility review, Axiom Engineering identified significant drainage problems with the property. The developer was able to secure off-site easements prior to settling on the purchase. The resulting design allowed for the a significantly higher yield than would have been possible absent the easements obtained.
