The lands of the Lewes Meineke were zoned Agricultural Residential (AR-1) when acquired by the project developer. Axiom Engineering provided exhibits and testimony during the rezoning hearings, and assisted the zoning attorney to establish a public record sufficient to rezone the properties to Commercial Residential (CR-1). Upon successful rezoning, construction plans were prepared including utilities, entrance and stormwater management.
