Georgetown Hunt Subdivision

Georgetown Hunt Subdivision is an 80 lot subdivision located in the corporate limits of the Town of Georgetown. This project includes residential subdivision road design, stormwater management and sanitary sewer. The approval process of the project is ongoing with the Town of Georgetown and other review agencies.

Dagsboro Woods Subdivision

Dagsboro Woods Subdivision is a 10-lot cluster development located in a rural development outside the town of Dagsboro, Delaware. Use of the cluster allowed this 9 acre parcel to support a density of 10 units with 1/2 acre lots clustered with individual lot septic and wells. The topographic features of the property prevented a conventional detention pond stormwater management design. Soil conditions were suitable for infiltration without an adverse impact on project yield.

Johnsonville Subdivision

Johnsonville is a 38 lot cluster subdivision in a rural landscape outside Millsboro, Delaware. Each lot is supported by an on-site septic system and well located on 1/2 acre lots. Use of the cluster option allowed for the preservation of the majority of the site's wooded areas.
