The properties for Bayside Mini-Storage were zoned Agricultural Residential (AR-1) when acquired by the project developer.  Axiom Engineering provided exhibits and testimony during the re-zoning hearings, and assisted the zoning attorney to establish a public record sufficient to re-zone the properties to Commercial Residential (CR-1). Upon successful re-zoning, construction plans were prepared including utilities, entrance and stormwater management.  Axiom Engineering provided a cost effective solution for compliance with the Total Maximum Daily Load requirements of the Inland Bays Pollution Control Strategy.
